What we cannot help with
We are a publisher, not a software vendor. We cannot provide technical support, billing help, subscription changes or refunds for any third-party application featured on this site. Those requests need to go to that vendor's own support desk, which can look at your account and resolve it far faster than we could. We also cannot give medical or fitness advice about your individual circumstances — please speak to a qualified healthcare professional.
Response times
We are a small team and we do not operate a call centre. The telephone number above reaches the company during Latvian business hours; outside those hours, email will always be faster. Privacy requests are handled in the order received and within the timeframes set out in our Privacy Policy.
